I’m not going to lie it’s definitely a juggle trying to keep fit and being a working mum with no helper at home. Not only you need to keep yourself on track but you also have to try to get two small humans out the door and that ends up being a workout in itself 😂 I’d say consistency is the key to success in anything. So how do I keep myself consistent? Here’s are my top 3 tips:- . 1️⃣ Remember why you started: whether it be becoming stronger/healthier, getting rid of stress or just dedicating some time for yourself; remember what got you started 2️⃣ Embrace every progress and enjoy the journey -because this what keeps you going 3️⃣ Find daily motivation: I do this by following fitness trainers in IG and downloading fitness apps to keep track on my exercise routines. For me this the best way to get myself motivated & inspired as I scroll through my IG feeds Here’s are some of my favorite fitness trainers: @kayla_itsines @madfit.ig @olesiastefanko . I’m using Strava to keep track on my run. Konsisten adalah kunci kepada kejayaan dalam apa jua perkara. Macam mana saya konsisten? Tiga tips ini ada keutamaan saya:

  1. Ingat mengapa anda memulakan sesuatu perkara: Sama ada untuk menjadi lebih kuat atau sihat, menghilangkan stress atau sekadar untuk ‘menghadiahkan’ masa untuk diri sendiri. ingat Kembali mengapa anda bermula.
  2. Hargai setiap pencapaian dan enjoy perjalanan anda – Inilah yang membuatkan anda terus konsisten
  3. Cari motivasi setiap hari: Untuk saya, jurulatih kesihatan yang ada di laman Instagram dan aplikasi senaman di telefon yang menjadi motivasi. Itulah cara terbaik yang memberi inspirasi kepada saya.

Memang tak puas mengikuti setiap foto yang dipaparkan dalam laman Instagram beliau. Kerana di setiap foto turut disertai dengan kata-kata motivasi yang membangunkan diri sendiri. Pernah juga beliau berkongsi kejadian yang benar-benar mengujinya namun anda terus rasa OK dengan aura positif yang disampaikan.

During yoga flow there are moment of bliss and moment of discomfort. While experiencing the latter, we’re told to focus solely on our breath. To observe and redirect our energy to the way our body slowly inhales and slowly exhales 🧘🏼‍♀️ . In the same way, yoga is so much like life..when we can face discomfort on our mat with patience, resilience and acceptance, it’s easier to do so when faced with hardships during our day to day life. It’s a powerful reminder that when life gets uncomfortable, we just need to breathe 🍃 • • ••••••••••••• Today something bad happened to me after my yoga class. I found out my car tyres (all FOUR tyres) were flat. When I brought my car to a nearby workshop, I was told that someone has put a stone inside the tyres valve so it will deflate. This is such an irresponsible act! And because I only realized my tryes were all flat after almost 8km drive, all the four tyres were already burst. The damages & cost that I had to deal with has make me cry for hours inside the workshop 😭 Then I slowly take a deep breath and begin to realized..things have happened, nothing you do will change what has gone. But you can always change how you deal with it . Here’s your reminder that even when stress levels are high or you’re having a bad day, you can always redirect your focus and ALWAYS remember to take a deep breath 😌 #thoughtoftheday #stillsadthough #yoga #yogabeginner #yogamalaysia

Sambil-sambil membaca quotes Dr Fara, mata memang tak lepas dari melihart dekorasi kediamannya yang tampak mewah. Pemilihan perabot dan kombinasi warna yang digunakan juga begitu serasi dan nampak cozy.

Tak cukup dengan perhiasan di dalam rumah, dekorasi yang lebih segar dan saujana hijau menanti ruangan luar rumah. Lucu juga bila minat pada pokok semakin menjadi-jadi dek kerana pertambahan usia.

NEW PLANTS AROUND THE HOUSE 🌱 You know you’re getting old when you start collecting plants instead of handbags and shoes 🤷🏼‍♀️😂. Here is my latest plants collection! They are basically a different variety of the same species. I get asked a lot how I manage to keep them healthy (read: not kill them). It actually depends on the types of plants as different plants have different requirements in terms of lighting, watering needs and fertilizer. But here’s the general rules that you can apply for any types of plants; 🌿 Feel the soil to know how often to water your plants – this can be done by sticking your finger inside the soil. If the first inch or so of soil is dry (no soil stick in your finger when you lift up), this is the indication that the plant needs water. 🌿 Avoid overwatering as most plants don’t like soil that are soggy as it will make their roots to rot. It’s better to underwater your plants than overwater them because plants can recover faster from being deprived of water than given excess water. 🌿 Most plants flourish in high humidity. So, invest a little bit on humidifier. It doesn’t necessarily to be the expensive one. I bought my portable & chargeable humidifier from Lazada that costs me less than RM30. 🌿 Plants need sunlight for photosynthesis. Even if you read that some plant will thrive in the darkest corner of your house, they still need some sunlight to grow. If you decide to place them indoor, make sure it will still receive indirect sunlight – put it near windows or bring them outside once a week. 🌿 Lastly, skip fertilizer for houseplants if you’re unsure as most houseplants don’t require fertilization unless they’re struggling to grow. Too much fertilization may actually end up killing your plant rather than helping it. Hope these tips help to give you some ideas on plant care.
